Empowering teachers through customization and efficiency boosting
Created 3 products that streamlined educational content creation and reduced costs by over $300K annually

Problem
Large B2B education institutions like Cruzeiro do Sul and Estácio struggled with outdated processes: creating a single online course required weeks of collaboration between designers, teachers, and developers. Costs ballooned, educators lacked control, and scaling programs felt impossible. I saw an opportunity to transform this fragmented system.

Creating content totally customizable.
Quantifiable Impact
Liviu slashed content creation time by 41%
, saving institutions $300K+ annually
. Partner schools tripled course offerings within a year
. Teachers praised the freedom to experiment—like crafting interactive quizzes tailored to diverse learning styles.

The Human Effect
Beyond metrics, Liviu redefined educators’ roles. One teacher shared, “I finally feel creative, not just bureaucratic.” Institutions reported higher retention as trust in their digital programs grew.

At later stages, we've built a feature for importing content and allowing them to transform into component they've built before.
Learnings
Balancing simplicity with flexibility was challenging. Early feedback taught me to prioritize intuitive interfaces over feature overload. Cross-functional collaboration—weekly syncs with developers—kept the project aligned and agile.

How future looks like
Today, Liviu’s roadmap includes AI-driven content suggestions and gamification. But its core success remains: proving that empowering educators with the right tools transforms education. I’m proud to have led this journey from concept to industry-changing reality.

This one was only at prototyping stage: teachers could create an adaptive learning flow, with if;else conditionals and personalize their content's order.
