What if managing large chunk of data felt like shopping?
Too much data to manage can be overwhelming. For that, we planned this feature as a way to allow users to make changes at scale.


Centralized user settings
We unified all settings into one page. Users quickly manage billing, comms, workspace, and keyboard shortcuts. This made easier to upsell better plans, which led to an 8% increase in plan upgrades.

Added features to remove distractions. Visualizations entirely focused on jobs to be done.




Managing communications
Full keyboard control
Optimized efficiency for managing multiple data streams. Time on task was reduced in all user flows.


This improved feature discoverability and made it easier to use.
