What if managing large amounts of data felt like shopping?
Managing multiple pipelines can quickly become overwhelming. To address this, we designed batch actions that allow users to make changes at scale.


Centralized settings
We consolidated all settings into a single page. Users can now manage billing, notifications, workspace preferences, and keyboard shortcuts in one place.
This increased the visibility of plan options, making upsells more discoverable. Combined with other improvements, this change led to an 8% increase in plan upgrades.

We introduced features to reduce visual noise, allowing the interface to focus exclusively on the tasks at hand.




Managing notification channels
Full keyboard control
We optimized efficiency when managing multiple pipelines, reducing task completion time across all workflows.


Keyboard-first interactions improved feature discovery and significantly accelerated daily use.


Onboarding now introduces keyboard usage from the start.


We made it explicit during account creation that no credit card was required, which reduced bounce rates.
A short demo recorded in production while the work was still in progress.
