Enabling creative creation for uni teachers
We built three products that increased efficiency in educational content creation and reduced costs by over R$300K annually.

One of the starting explorations.

Internal file management platform
Courses created within the platform — both by educators and our internal team — generated a large volume of heavy files over the semesters. To address this, we built a custom storage tool in record time, saving over R$20K annually.

Results & What's next
During my time on the team, we reduced content creation time by 41%, generating annual savings of R$300K+. Partner institutions nearly tripled their course offerings within a year, opening the door for continued growth.

We later expanded into AI and adaptive learning, allowing educators to create interactive, personalized learning journeys for their students.
