Internal storage platform
The courses created within the platforms and by our own teams generated a lot of heavy files across multiple semesters. So we built our own storage software in days, saving more than $20K anually.

Results & Future
During my time there, we reduced content creation time by 41% internally, saving $300K+ anually. Our partner institutions tripled course offering within a year.
A iteration focused on efficiency enabled teachers to import a written content into an interactive learning experience.
At last, we expanded into AI and adaptive learning, enabling teachers to plan an interactive roadmap.
